When can I expect my sweet treats to be shipped?

Great question! We assemble orders as they come in, so please be patient with us. It takes us 1 to 3 business days for order processing. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. After that we hand it off to the carrier and it's on it's way to you, so exciting!

International shipping?

Sadly, at this time we only offer Domestic Shipping (within the United States).

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We have a small section on our return policy if you'd like, have a quick read.

How long does the battery last?

Pretty Long. On a full charge they'll last about 7hrs.

Day or night?

Our confections are meant to be used at any time, however, these ears have a soft glow. It's going to be difficult to see the light show in full daylight, there's no competing with the SUN. Wait till dusk, and you'll really start to see them shine.

When will the apple version be available?

We are working as quickly as we can to get to the mobile apple version ready. As soon as it's available we'll let you know. Sign up today so you won't miss the news!

Why do my ears seem to vary slightly in color?

We use printed material as the base for our designs. The process of printing each shape can create variations in the layers as the material heats and cools down.

Flying with ears?

IF you've chosen the light up option for your ears "Prism Puff" please be sure to check the FAA website before making any travel plans.

Each Prism Puffs contains an installed Li-Poly battery rated under 2Wh. (For a set: 4Wh)
